What’s Included in Our HVAC Maintenance Agreement?
Our HVAC maintenance agreement is based on performing preventive maintenance. Preventive maintenance helps prevent problems or malfunctions from occurring with the heating and cooling system. It also enables the heating and cooling system to operate at it’s peak ability, which increases its performance and efficiency and aids in extending the lifespan of your HVAC system. Our maintenance agreement include services for both the cooling system (in the Spring) and the heating system (in the Fall).

Spring AC Tune Up
Our spring AC tune up includes tasks such as:
– Inspecting the cooling levels
– Inspecting the air filter and changing it if needed
– Inspecting the condenser fan motor and blades
– Inspecting and cleaning the evaporator coil
– Checking and adjusting the thermostat
and much more
These maintenance services are performed on the air conditioner in the Spring to ensure that it is ready to perform at it’s peak ability for the Summer.
Fall Furnace Heating Tune Up
In the Fall, our preventive maintenance plan includes elements such as:
– Cleaning the blower
– Checking and adjusting the burners
– Inspecting the air filter and changing it if needed
– Inspecting the igniter/pilot light
– Checking the airflow
and much more
These maintenance services keep the heating system running at its peak ability and helps prevent major breakdowns and malfunctions.
Maintenance Agreement Incentives
As with most maintenance agreements, there are included incentives. These are extra perks that are included in the agreement or plan, but are outside of the listed services. They are added value for signing up for our maintenance agreement. These incentives include free or reduced evaluation and service fees, priority service and discounts on parts, repairs and replacements. LV Heating & Cooling offers multiple maintenance agreements that our customers can choose from to best fit your specific needs (please see above).

Disclaimer: HVAC systems must be operational to perform maintenances. Supply of air filters are not included except in Platinum program. Any recommended repairs while performing maintenance are excluded. Prices are set per unit, $7 for each additional unit. Maintenances can only be scheduled Monday-Friday. Cannot be combined with any other offers or coupons. The Maintenance Plan is a 12-month agreement program, your signature approving the estimate and the acknowledgement of services rendered will serve as your approval of this service contract.
